TNT Post Zakelijk uses SyncForce SurveyWorld online survey and evaluation tool

A survey is one of the ways of increasing the transparency and improving the processes within an organization. But TNT Post didn’t want to use an external agency. That’s why it decided to use SyncForce’s SurveyWorld online survey and evaluation tool. SurveyWorld allows TNT Post’s business division TNT Post Zakelijk to keep the survey process under its own control. Thanks to this tool TNT Post can easily create its own questionnaires and distribute them by e-mail, online banners or conventional post. One of the biggest benefits is speed. After a survey has been sent out the results are directly visibly, and when the survey has been completed all the results are downloaded in a report. TNT Post Zakelijk has already implemented its first improvements based on the feedback obtained using SyncForce SurveyWorld.
