SyncForce welcomes new SurveyWorld users
The
following organizations have chosen SyncForce SurveyWorld during the
past month. SurveyWorld makes it easy for them to carry out their own
online surveys, to allow them to achieve their defined business goals.
Wavin
Wavin is using SyncForce SurveyWorld to monitor customer satisfaction, with the goal to gain insights for product innovations. The company is also using the SurveyWorld tool for a survey in which employees are asked to assess the available facilities in their working environment.
KIA Nederland
Every time maintenance is carried out on customers’ cars, Kia sends the customers an online survey to give the dealers better insight into their quality expectations.
TUI Nederland
TUI Nederland uses SyncForce SurveyWorld to monitor the quality of its travel packages. After each study trip the travel agent is sent an online survey. Each study trip is assessed on a number of aspects, with the aim of ensuring that packages of the best possible quality are offered to customers.
SuitClub
SuitClub is a networking organization for business people and managers with the motto of ‘meet and let others meet you’. It wants to maintain the high quality of the meetings and events it organizes, and is using the SyncForce survey tool to evaluate its participants’ wishes and identify possible improvement points.
