News Item Manager
News items are created at many locations in organizations – for example marketing news, press releases, product and innovation news, organizational news, news from the market etc. All these news items are published and distributed in many different ways. On the intranet, by internal mail, through the website, extranet/Brand Portal, Press Portal, RSS feeds, XML web services etc.
Now you can create, manage and distribute each news item to all media, simply and from a single central point. With a simple click you indicate where and when the item is made available to which users.
The unique feature of the News Manager is that directly related files (images, videos, documents, presentations) are linked to the news item.
Through the ‘download’ function, the recipient of the news item has direct access to these linked files.

Newsletter Manager
With a simple action (drag and drop), the Newsletter Manager makes one or more news items into a formatted newsletter without the need for HTML skills. The news items are automatically put into the style of your newsletter. This is then sent by e-mail to all members of a mailing list. Each recipient receives a personal newsletter. This newsletter only shows news items which are suited for the receiver. The recipients of the newsletter have direct access to the related downloads.
